Mandy Freeman
Mandy is our remote service specialist who is responsible for a lot of the ‘behind the scenes’ activities that help our agency run smoothly. Her career in insurance spans over 20 years, with much of that time at State Farm. She wholeheartedly believes State Farm is the good and couldn’t imagine working with another insurance company. Her experience, integrity and commitment to the customer enable her to provide exceptional customer service to our State Farm family.
Mandy has been a licensed agent for nearly 19 years with 16 of those spent in agency. She now handles service for multiple agents in several different states. She is married, and extremely proud of her only son who is serving in the Navy. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with their 2 dogs, hosting dinners for family and friends and decorating.

Ellen, who moved to Alpharetta, GA from New Orleans in 1993, has been with State Farm since 1994. Prior to joining the David Chamblee agency in 2022, she worked for retired agent Larry Horne for 27 years. As a multi-licensed agent, Ellen offers excellent customer service by assisting customers with all their insurance needs like making changes to their policies, processing payments and setting up new insurance for those that are new to our agency. Ellen says that when the customers ask her why she didn’t retire when Larry retired, she says, easy, The Customers! We wouldn’t be here, without them.
